Overview

承接BU相关渠道在MU的落地，包括但不限于：

1)BD 业务的开发，建立MU流程及0-1管理模型，

2)根据不同市场需求加速包括但不限于零食渠道、折扣店等渠道精准落地，推动这类渠道从1-10的快速发展；

3)承接BU相关项目在MU的快速落地，包括但不限于mega city(发展特渠)等。

4) 推动“闪电仓”业务的拓展，加速新兴渠道的快速发展

Responsibilities

1）BD 业务的开发，建立MU流程及0-1管理模型：

基于BU整体渠道规划，结合MU现状，制定可实施方案，满足不同市场业务需求，加速BD及特渠业务发展 开发专业 BD RCD，推动团购企事业集采、交通、景区、会展、校园、封闭渠道等新业务模式，覆盖交通、校园、景区等特渠渠道 建立BD渠道0-1管理模型，梳理流程，完善操作手册 针对客户的需求，提供定制化产品支持，如客户专属坚果礼盒等 赋能区域团队及RCD人员，快速学习，积极创新，抓住市场新机遇，管理投资，确保ROI合理性

2) 根据不同市场需求，加速包括但不限于零食渠道、折扣店等渠道精准落地，推动这类渠道从1-10的快速发展

与BU总部团队合作，一起推动头部零食渠道、折扣店等渠道在MU的快速生意增长，确保这些头部零食渠道、折扣店促销活动、新品列进等活动在MU快速落地 梳理和开发MU腰部和尾部的零食店和折扣店，对于这些零食店给予投资，并且按照整个零食系统的流程进行管理，切换零食店专供SKU等，完成这些投资的核销，管理投资，确保ROI合理性 与BU、MUBP、RU一起梳理头部零食店的FCST管理、aging处理等相关的管理流程，并且形成对应SOP流程，推动整体零食店、折扣店等渠道在MU从1-10的快速发展

3) 承接BU相关项目在MU的快速落地，包括但不限于mega city(发展特渠)等。

Lead mega 等项目在MU的快速落地，与RU一起制定mega city投资方向和策略，确保mega city在销量、share全面增长。 定期tracking mega的项目执行状况包括但不限于销量达成、门店检核、促销活动的执行状况，针对这些现状在下次投资过程中做出策略调整 收集和准备mega city项目的核销资料，完成核销审批后并且提交到CSSC部门，确保费用上账

4) 推动“闪电仓”业务的拓展，加速新兴渠道的快速发展。

“闪电仓”业务从2023年底开始兴起，需要快速推动RCD覆盖“闪电仓”，与O2O团队一起合作，通过闪电仓与RCD的地址匹配，确保“闪电仓”被100%覆盖，确保“闪电仓”的供货。 推动乐事品牌在“闪电仓”的上翻SKU数量，确保“闪电仓”货源充足稳定。 与O2O团队一起针对“闪电仓”制定定制化的平台活动，推动乐事品牌在“闪电仓”生意的快速发展。 与MU一起制定“闪电仓”的库存天数标准和分销标准，确保备货充足 Qualifications 至少10年快速消费品销售经验，具备经销商管理经验，熟悉经销商运作 有较强的行业发展认知，具备数字化驱动生意的基本逻辑 具备较强的销售谈判能力与跨部门沟通协作能力 具备较强的生意洞察能力，并且能够将这些洞察，转化为生意，在生意转化过程中，具备抗压能力与解决问题的能力 精通Office 办公软件的操作，具备较强的数字分析能力与数字敏感度 具备项目管理的经验 生意洞察力 创新能力 驾驭复杂挑战的能力
