Key Account Manager

Job Description
: Overall responsibility for the respective Key Accounts Hunting new business opportunity, develop new retail clients, join vendor outreach program Developing the account with a long-term perspective with focus on sales growth and strategic relationship Setting up sales targets behind identified business opportunities and aligning them with the designated account teams. Initiating and driving regular account reviews (quarterly and biannual) and provide regular business forecasts Conduct incoming orders and sales analysis to monitor internal business trend, conduct client engagement activities to collect external business trend Support Vendor outreach by collaboration with local sales team Customer Relationship Management and action plan for increasing total sales revenue Proper escalation of a problem which has foreseeable impact on the business with the client SOP creation with client input (need further discussion as apparently there are 2 docs for external and internal/program guideline SOP) Cross Selling for all services within TUVR Support GKAM sales activity, RFQ and related regional sales call.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in written & spoken English, can directly have meeting with oversea clients
2. At least 3+ experiences in textile testing area
