Business Development Manager_PS

BD Manager is responsible to build up future core business in China:
Strategy development : define local product and market strategy RBU business development : evaluate business case and acquire new business Product promotion : promote product and technology for new businessRoles and Responsibilities
Create sustainable value for future products, primarily by defining local product strategy as well as supporting HQ’s product strategy deployment. Explore and develop local business opportunities, by investigating target market, identifying new innovative product / service areas and evaluating it by feasibility analysis together with local team. Perform acquisitions of strategic projects in identified market/customer, safeguard success of pilot projects until handing over to KAM. Conduct actively observation and analysis of market and competition as well as networking on trade fairs, association and customer events. Define local promotion program and lead execution with MKT. Well-management and collaboration with key stakeholders both in local and international.
Qualifications
Majored in Mechanical engineering, Bachelor’s degree (Master degree preferred). ≥5 years’ experience in Automotive industry, including > 2 years’ experience as business development. (work experience in defining product strategy or in fuel cell system is a big plus) Working on own initiative, with entrepreneurial mindset (agile and flexible, pioneering, passion and perseverance…), high readiness for national & international traveling Confident and authentic appearance, open and strong communication personality, high negotiation and persuading skills Be proficient in English.-
