Program Manager, CN Global Selling

Amazon Global Selling is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Program Operations Manager to join the central PMO team. In this role, she or he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling PMO Service Provider Network (SPN) Team, providing critical support to drive greater efficiency, productivity, consistency, scalability, and impact. The successful candidate must be able to work directly, in a hands-on way, with multiple stakeholders and business teams, on multiple programs and projects at one time, as well as provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable. She or He needs to be passionate about her/his work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities, as well as superb communication and program/project management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The candidate will also be required to deal with highly ambiguous problems, identify root cause, devise and drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the entire life cycle of service providers starting from onboarding to becoming top performers, continuously drive the success of both the Sellers and the service providers.
- Widely engage with internal stakeholders, Sellers, and service providers, and lead the insight generation for service provider success and business opportunities
- Lead the service provider community operation including program promotion activities, private advisory board, business insight sharing etc.to support the sustainable growth of service provider and the growth of the Sellers
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders / business teams to develop new business initiatives and translate ambition into actions.
- Quickly adapt to ambiguity and tasks out of comfort zone.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience leading delivery of large, cross functional programs, preferably in Program management and Sales Operations, or other relevant experience- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
- In-depth understanding of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations
- Impeccable attention to detail, passion for processes, systems/tools, and data analytic
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by numbers”. Must be metrics-driven
- Exceptional customer obsession with a passion for working backwards from the needs of program
- Strong bias for action, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines in dynamic business environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or relevant field of study
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA preferred.- Experience in e-Commerce and/or in a hi-tech B2B sales organization.
