Main Responsibilities

Build and execute short and mid-term sales strategies, as well as explore and handle customers for Hose, Tube, Belt & Profile and F&S segment.Ensures sales goals are achieved through closely working with key customers and internal departments.Develop healthy opportunity pipeline and successful closure of opportunities to drive profitable sales growth.Gaining in-depth understanding of target markets and end users’ technical requirements and competitive landscape via direct interface with key customers and end users’ design, R&D and engineering teams to support the creation of multi-generation product roadmaps;Building effective relationships with customers, end users, potential business partners in target market segments.Collaborating with AD & marketing to introduce and collateralize new product launches for a specific end user segment and providing technical sales support for end users and converters.

Sustainable sales growth contribution by new projects, new products and new market trend/needs with different value-chain close and deep cooperationTechnical or sales experience in extrusion applications;Technical or sales experience in TPU material or related TPE products;

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

Bachelor degree in Chemistry, plastic or engineering with good knowledge in thermoplastics,Min 3 years working experience in plastic industry, Technical or sales experience in extrusion applications,Strong business sense, Strong communication and analytical skills,Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with internally and externally,Team player, also able to work independently.Fluency in spoken / Written English and Mandarin.
