Head of Business Development, Thermal Management BU

Your Roles & Responsibilities
Leading various strategy, business development and M&A projects, including the following key elements: sophisticated forecasting, valuation analyses, detailed company due diligence, transaction structuring (alliance, JV, acquisition, divestiture), private/venture capital investments, debt/equity investments and strategy competitive analyses, assessment of risks and opportunities associated with potential targets. Oversee the integration of acquired companies into the organization, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired companies, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure achievement of financial and operational targets. Negotiate and structure deals, working closely with legal and financial advisors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company. Preparing negotiation strategy and taking a leadership role in negotiations with target sellers or their advisors. Leading and handling target sourcing, prioritization, and execution of inorganic transactions for selected businesses. Oversee the integration of acquired companies into the organization, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergiesYour Skills & Strengths
