The Position

Conduct marketing campaign, product promotion, implement territory marketing plan, improve territory distributors and customers’ product cognition, increase customers’ coverage and sales volume

Main Tasks & Responsibilitie s

Conduct key project promotion, including: Tumor, Thyroid, Hormone, Cardiac, PCT etc., and increase regional sales volume of these related products. Support sales team and distributor teams to achieve sales target Work closely with sales and distributors, develop and maintain regional TOP/Focus customers, assist with sales and distributors to develop TOP/Focus customers, maintain and improve reagent consumption Train and develop resellers, improve reseller’s product recognition Responsible for marketing campaign, including: hospital meetings, area events etc. to make more customers aware of Roche products. Develop and maintain regional speakers. Submit weekly report and monthly report Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Basic Requirements of the Job:

You should have at least bachelor degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration.

You should have

Good command of English in both spoken and written. Good command of MS office software application Product & Application Expertise Experience in hospital laboratory diagnostics work or 3 years Marketing/ Sales or Application experience in a similar industry
