Job Summary:

1. Be responsible for FMP LCS Business Development/Technical Support/Solutions in targeted Installed-base business. 

2. To improve FMP products Installed-base business. 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Support FMP LCS business development.

2. Work with FMP sales for FMP installed-base business.

3. Make LCS related proposal.

4. Run service leads in CRM-cloud to convert business opportunities, regularly review with FMP regional sales for those converted opportunities.

5. Involve, support and handle SWD activities, including may have the related solution proposal to be made, etc. 

6. Support and lead STO project and related STO’s SWD, solution proposal to be made.

7. Support key installed-base accounts assigned by management.

8. Keep learning on Knowledge Base Articles (KBA) regarding product applications and sharing experience with team members.

9. Complete other jobs assigned by supervisor/manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

1. Bachelor degree of industrial automation/Process control engineering.

2. Over 5 years Service, BD, Application Engineer or technique support experience in process instrumentation or flow measurement industry. 

3. Strong Experience in flow measurement, digital communication, network communication is valued.

4. Proficient in English and Mandarin (Oral and Written)

5. Willing to take domestic and overseas travel, even at short notice for emergency services.
