Account Manager

- Work closely with merchants to ensure their account is optimized with the best payment options and price points setup;
- Communicate directly with merchants to help them best utilize different Paymentwall tools, and answer inquiries and support customer requests;
- Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, Integration and others to ensure the merchant has all the necessary information;
- Build strong personal relationships with current merchants to help them reach their monetary goals.
- Fluent spoken and written English, more than CET6;
- Recognize foreign investment in start-up corporate culture;
- Careful and meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, active work and teamwork;
- Good communication, learning ability, strong service awareness;
- Proficiency in office and other office software;
- Relevant work experience and experience in internet payment industry are preferred.
- Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects;
- Detail oriented, positive attitude, and has the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines;
- Sales and results driven;
- Proactive and hands-on mentality;
- Ability to work with cross-functional and had an experience working in a diverse team;
- Confident, fun, friendly and most importantly business savvy in understanding different business models and business needs.
