Responsibilities:

Well manage customers in own region to avoid mass competition and make customers complete annual sales tasks

Develop new distributors and new business channel independently

Organize annual distributor meeting to ensure customers' voices can heard by us and also promotion for our new technology and brand

Possess profound knowledge about micronAir products and have the ability to carry out on site training to end customers in time

Grasping customer information and dynamic, business training and guiding to customers

Implementing branding and promotion activities with high proactivity and business sense

Take care of customer's claim, do internal coordination and provide solution to customers to meet or exceed their expectation

Gathering competitor's dynamics, actions and make analysis and strategies accordingly

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design / environmental engineering / textile engineering /chemical engineer background

Over 3 years foreign company sales experience in automotive aftermarket or similar industries and sales channel management knowledges

Filtration Technical background is preferred

Good ability to work in a complex environment and under pressure

Have the ability of conflict management and response

Good ability to analyze and solve problems

Good communication skills and logical thinking ability

Fluent written and oral English, with good knowledge of PC application
