Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

Explore new sources of business by developing new contacts. Be responsible for room night and revenue production from allocated accounts. Monitor competitors’ performance where it relates to their particular market segment. Entertain executives and secretaries of potential travel companies and in-house guests to ensure future business for the hotel. Conduct on-site inspections for the existing or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end users. Be aware of current market trends and supply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Participate in sales trips and, when required, complete all sales reports within 1 week of trip. Prepare weekly sales call reports. Perform other tasks, projects and assignments as designated by Hotel Management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in the international hotel industry. Knowledge of MICE and other responsible market segment. Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both.
verbal and written in English and Chinese.  High flexibility and ability to work under pressure. Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.

职位要求 :

至少两年以上国际酒店行业从事销售相关的工作经验。 对MICE市场及所负责的行业版块有一定的了解。 具备优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力及积极主动的沟通技巧。 具备在压力下高度灵活的工作能力。 具备友好、充满活力和外向的性格。
