1. Responsibilities:

  • Internal coordination to facilitate samples and illustration
  • Internal data system input and management
  • Sample stock management
  • Sales data recording and reports preparation and analysis
  • Provide administrative support to sales manager
  • Communication with clients and follow up all sorts of business activities
  • Support product advertising in WeChat public account
  • Assist commercial activities to prepare promotion kits for relative seminar and forum
  • Logistics and admin support to sales team
  • Other tasks assigned by the line manager
  • Potentials to handle small accounts if necessary when available

2. Requirements:
  • College degree or above
  • Good communication and coordination skill
  • Hard working, detail oriented
  • Proactive, team player
  • Willing to support attitude and customer-oriented
  • Commercial sense and business acumen are preferred
  • Good command of English and good computer operation skills
