  1. Take & transcribe minutes of meetings.

    记录会议记录。

    1. Responsible for an efficient and up-dated filing system for the department.

      负责本部门档案系统的更新。

      1. Answers and places telephone calls to lead and arranged.

        接听电话，及时安排相应销售人员及跟进。

        1. Maintains adequate stock of office supplies, initiates necessary requisition on a weekly basis.

          保持充足的办公用品库存，每周提出必要的需求。

          1. Distributes all incoming documents immediately; dispatches and records outgoing mail.

            分发所有收到的文件并记录发出的邮件。

            1. Projects an image of discretion at any time while maintaining good relations with all sections.

              在与各部门保持良好关系的同时表现出职业形象。

              1. Prepare proposal / contract on behalf of sales manager for both accommodation and events.

                代表销售经理为酒店和活动准备协议/合同。

                1. Issue banquet event order to all concerned department and make sure all information is passed to the operation.

                  向相关部门发送宴会活动订单，并确保所有信息正确传递给相关部门。

                  1. Administration work for sales office.

                    负责销售办公室的行政工作。

                    1. Performs any assignments as may be delegated by CD / DOS.

                      执行CD / DOS分配的任务。

                      1. Be aware of event details related to the accounts of designated Sales Managers.

                        了解相关活动的细节，并保持与销售经理的良好沟通。

                        1. Assists Sales Manager in liaising with other departments for information

                          协助销售经理与其他部门联系，获取准确地信息

                          1. Maintains a good understanding of clients serviced by designated Managers.

                            1. Handles Guest’s requests independently by supplying information, contacting concerned departments to assist in guests’ requests and needs.

                              独立处理客人的要求，提供信息，联系相关部门，协助客人。

                              1. Updates Group chart and prepares relevant reports.

                                更新团队报表并准备相关报告。

                                1. Conducts site inspections if required.

                                   如有需要，进行现场协调。

                                  1. Responsible for sending out the Letter of Agreement, Thank You Letter, etc.

                                    1. Summarize all requested revenue reports, activity reports, etc.
