Primary Purpose:

This role is crucial for the continuous successful growth of Andor's business in China. The selected individual will take on the position of China Sales Associate to lead the development and execution of strategies to leverage the significant growth opportunities in China for Physical Science Research business. Responsibilities include managing and developing the regional staff to support the implementation of strategic and operational plans. Moreover, they will serve as a company representative at a managerial level across Research and Systems Business within Andor China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Physical Science Research Sales Strategy aligned with Business plans.
  • Manage designated employees to ensure they are well-prepared and efficient in their roles.
  • Expand the Research direct and reseller network to meet annual sales targets.
  • Offer high-level market/competitive insights to guide the Company's overall strategic direction.
  • Provide regular reports on territories, including booking status and forecast.
  • Coordinate with the sales management team to optimize regional operations and global alignment.
  • Travel as needed across China and the UK to establish key business partnerships, with expected travel of approximately 30-40%.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the line manager.
