As a Sales Engineer for PTO PTI Hybrid Solution, your role will involve:

  • Bid management (communication with global sales, customers, technical selections, diagrams, calculations, configurations, specifications, and quotations).
  • Presenting and negotiating technical proposals with customers.
  • Handling product deviation lists.
  • Creating document delivery schedules, weight lists, responsibility matrices, etc., for contract finalization.
  • Ensuring the technical integrity and accuracy of the offered solution in the sales phase.
  • Ensuring correct cost estimates.

Key qualities for success in this role:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, open to newcomers and young professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on team results.
  • Mindset for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Understanding of Ship Electrification Solutions (SES) products and systems.
  • Knowledge of customer needs and their business.
  • Experience in a diverse working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Cost awareness and effectiveness.
  • B2 level of proficiency in German.
