Responsibilities:
1. To support Men's leathergooods buying function in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive the growth in Greater China market.
2. Compose routine and ad hoc reports by weekly and monthly
3. Analyze sales performance to have critical thinking how to implement action plans to maximize sales and optimize sell-thru.
4. Coordinate and cooperate with Inventory Management team, Allocation team, VM team, Product Managers as well as other functional teams
5. To support retail Men's small leathergoods in seasonal buying: assortment planning, analysis, door profile, presentation preparation, SLGs display;
6. Price maintenance: make sure and maintain MLGs local prices are all correct; upload LPA (local price adjustments) into system; work closely with Global Pricing team and ECV IT team.
7. Demonstrate knowledge of products, customers and markets in MLGs
8. Identify market needs and opportunities: competitor study, product opportunities, price position, assist in developing MLGs strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
2. Advanced proficiency in MS office, especially in EXCEL.
3. Passion for Men's Leathergoods categories.
4. Commercial Awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Strong time management skills, amiability to work under tight schedule and multi-task scenarios
7. Target- Oriented, Detail- minded.
