About the Job

This position will be responsible for ensuring capacity alignment is based on expected volume, identifying and taking necessary actions for short- and long-term deficits to meet service levels. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, a desire to innovate and continuously learn, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and the customer service focus that the world associates with and expects from Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure capacity alignment is based on expected volume, identify and take necessary actions for short- and long-term deficits to meet service levels.
  • Analyze global site performances and determine optimal production and off production activities, shrinkage.
  • Lead, develop and maintain reporting initiatives across supported regions for continuous delivery improvements.
  • Partner closely with leadership to discuss and drive planned strategies for controlled execution.
  • Provide program health insights to senior leaderships at weekly and monthly level.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power query, VBA, SQL or other reporting platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet maintain backbone.
  • Advocate for automation and use of data to solve business problems.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end projects or programs.
  • Knowledge of workforce management programs, principles and ACD (Automated Call Distribution) systems.

The estimated salary for this position is 250,000 - 350,000 CNY per annum, depending on location and experience. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Chengdu or Shanghai.
