Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Strategist to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue across our cluster hotels.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, with experience in pricing, positioning, and inventory management. You will work closely with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, and franchisees to develop and execute revenue growth strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue across the cluster hotels
  • Analyze revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Work closely with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management strategies
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, positioning, and inventory management
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
