Customer Success Manager, NSR MM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our NSR team in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programs related to New Seller success at Merchandising and Key events domain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute programs to improve New Seller experience across merchandising, product promotion, and ads adoption.
- Work closely with internal sales teams to derive initiatives for Seller experience improvement.
- Perform deep dives to derive analytical insights and share data-driven recommendations with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in sales, account management, sales excellence, operation, or business program management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills in Chinese and English.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively while executing methodically.
- Demonstrated track record of working in a cross-functional and international environment.
- Overseas education background, MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with e-commerce, tech, or in-house strategy consulting.
