Job Title: Account Manager - Medical

Location: East China

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in East China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and revenue in the Medical segment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow strategic accounts in the Medical Tape/Hygiene region, allocating time to optimize results and identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, leveraging H.B. Fuller's resources to align with customer priorities.
  3. Act as a liaison between corporate decision makers and local plant sites, driving commercial goals and optimizing share, price, and profitability.
  4. Coach and develop sales and technical services personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  5. Develop and own strategic plans for key accounts, driving execution through expert communication and coordination of activities.
  6. Develop a sales funnel for future growth opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs.
  7. Negotiate effectively with customers and procurement professionals to achieve win-win solutions.
  8. Present complex topics to various audiences, both within and outside the organization.
  9. Allocate 20% of time to prospecting, researching customer needs, and identifying opportunities to acquire new strategic accounts.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, marketing, or sales management.
  2. At least 5+ years of working experience in the chemical industry, with 3+ years of sales experience in the industrial market field.
  3. Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
