Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in East China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and revenue in the Medical segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow strategic accounts in the Medical Tape/Hygiene region, allocating time to optimize results and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, leveraging H.B. Fuller's resources to align with customer priorities.
- Act as a liaison between corporate decision makers and local plant sites, driving commercial goals and optimizing share, price, and profitability.
- Coach and develop sales and technical services personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Develop and own strategic plans for key accounts, driving execution through expert communication and coordination of activities.
- Develop a sales funnel for future growth opportunities and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs.
- Negotiate effectively with customers and procurement professionals to achieve win-win solutions.
- Present complex topics to various audiences, both within and outside the organization.
- Allocate 20% of time to prospecting, researching customer needs, and identifying opportunities to acquire new strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry, marketing, or sales management.
- At least 5+ years of working experience in the chemical industry, with 3+ years of sales experience in the industrial market field.
- Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
