Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager - Medical to join our team in East China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and revenue in the medical market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing medical accounts, identifying new opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide coaching and development support to sales and technical personnel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of H.B. Fuller's products and services, effectively communicating their value to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as chemistry, marketing, or sales management.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets.
- Strong ability to grow sales revenue and manage accounts receivable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
