Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at 789 Mirror Controls (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in Suzhou, China. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development of automotive products in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue target accounts, including Tier 1 and OEM companies, to determine potential customer opportunities in assigned geographic sales territory or industry segment.
  • Develop business plans to identify prospective customers and key divisions to initially penetrate and grow business in target accounts.
  • Target and win business in assigned accounts to maximize revenues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead OEM account reporting and share marketing information within the organization effectively.
  • Provide technical and administrative services information, demonstrations, and quotes.
  • Work with Flex support teams to drive tactical plans.
  • Collaborate with pre- and post-sales support teams to ensure optimal customer solutions are defined (presales) and delivered (post-sales).
  • Regularly interact with executives of major prospective customers, involving customer negotiations or influencing and persuading other senior-level managers.
  • Manage and support prospect tracking and sales forecasting.
  • Travel as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in the auto industry.
  • Electronic background/education is highly preferred.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
