Job Description

Stefanini is a global provider of IT services, including application development, outsourcing, and infrastructure support. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hardware and software support services to clients, including break/fix and troubleshooting.
  • Implement virus detection and eradication procedures to ensure system security.
  • Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, as well as printer and peripheral device issues.
  • Troubleshoot network devices to ensure connectivity and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Install and upgrade hardware and software, and set up audio/video equipment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; typically 2 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of multiple manufacturers and operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented attitude and ability to travel locally and in-state as needed.
