National Key Account Manager Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager Lead to join our team at Abbott. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our national key accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Manage and maintain relationships with national key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales plans and strategies
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of the competition
- Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
