Regional Group Key Account Manager

About the Job:
Novo Nordisk is seeking a highly skilled Regional Group Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Market Access and Public Affairs department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective market access strategies to ensure successful product launches and ongoing commercialization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Manage and develop the skills of the regional Key Account Management (KAM) team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver business results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, working closely with the compliance team to identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in market access, hospital access, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
• Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset.
