Global Quality Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager with demonstrated experience in implementing global programs while minimizing variations and streamlining processes for Amazon Global Selling in Shanghai, China.
About the Role- Lead projects for cross-functional teams focused on delivering new product, features, metric, or system changes to support Asia to Worldwide Seller Quality.
- Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications, identify resources needed, assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop milestones and launch schedules.
This Sr. Program Manager will partner with Global and Local stakeholder teams to solve pain points, close gaps, and implement solutions to improve Seller Quality. They will rely heavily on influence, data, and facts over authority to drive project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new product, features, metrics, or system changes to support Asia to Worldwide Seller Quality.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects/programs.
- Identify and mitigate risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management.
- Navigate and influence internal policy, product, and operations teams to provide the best solution for Sellers.
This Sr. Program Manager contributes cross-functional business and technical skills, assesses and manages risks, measures and reports on progress, anticipates and resolves bottlenecks, provides escalation management, anticipates and makes tradeoffs, while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Requirements- 8+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
RMB 800,000 - RMB 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
