Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Global Account Manager to join our team at Kpler. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales in the Energy & Commodities industry, with significant experience in global account management roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting growth within National Oil Companies in China, identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and retaining and renewing clients' existing spend.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a global strategy for account growth, backed up by a short and mid-term forecast pipeline for the growth.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships and partnerships with existing clients.
  • Work alongside account development managers, customer success, marketing, and professional services to ensure usage of existing users, uncover new opportunities, and drive the global strategy of named accounts.
Requirements
  • Fluent in Chinese.
  • Proven ability to hit large sales quotas and over-deliver.
  • Strong interest in building client and product knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service, listening, and negotiation skills.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
