Global Account Manager for NOC Book of Business in China

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Account Manager to join our team in China. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for promoting growth within our National Oil Companies (NOC) book of business in China.
Your role will involve identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, retaining and renewing existing clients, and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships with our existing client base.
You will work closely with our account development managers, customer success, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure the successful growth of our NOC book of business in China.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global strategy for account growth, backed by a short and mid-term forecast pipeline for growth
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to promote growth within the NOC book of business
- Maintain and grow strong relationships and partnerships with existing clients
- Work closely with the account development managers, customer success, marketing, and professional services teams to ensure the successful growth of the NOC book of business
