Commercial Account Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Central China Mass-Market sector. A deep understanding of this market and its trends is essential to identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them. You will lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand, cover broad market-focused customers to increase revenue, and work closely with marketing, FAE, and distributors to achieve business goals. Your ability to work under pressure, make decisions under tight deadlines, and collaborate with a team will be key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
* Identify new market trends and business opportunities in the Central China Mass-Market sector
* Develop strategies to capture new business and grow existing accounts
* Lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand and increase revenue
* Work closely with marketing, FAE, and distributors to achieve business goals
* Collaborate with product line teams to secure support for new product definitions
* Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
* 3+ years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management
* Strong understanding of the Central China Mass-Market sector and its trends
* Ability to work under pressure, make decisions under tight deadlines, and collaborate with a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources
