About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategy Manager to lead our Culinary and Snacks category in the Greater Asia region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a 3-year category plan to drive growth and expansion of IFF's business in the Culinary and Snacks segment. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and engaging with customers to develop and present insightful marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a 3-year category plan to grow IFF's business in Culinary and Snacks
  • Lead the Culinary & Snacks Category team in developing key initiatives, tactics, and resources required to grow and defend IFF business in the segment
  • Drive the roll-out of the Category plan with sales teams in Greater Asia markets
  • Execute initiatives included in the Category plan, particularly marketing efforts, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and present these initiatives to key accounts
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of business experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the culinary & Snacks market
  • Strong communication skills, with proven ability to develop and deliver impactful marketing communications to customers
  • Knowledge and experience of working in China, Indonesia, and South East Asia
  • Excellent listening, analytical, and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to collect insights (qualitative/quantitative), generate conclusions, and drive discussions with key stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate solutions
  • Engagement, leadership, and high-level energy, with proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional project teams through effective influence management
Additional Requirements

Prior experience in building, executing, and tracking results and impact of marketing plans is an asset. A Master's degree in marketing or a related field, or a Bachelor/Master's degree in food science or marketing, is preferred. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
