Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Supervisor to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our Support team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of training and education initiatives to deliver pre-sales support and aftersales service for our CCS business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive medical training programs and service systems to meet CCS business goals and customer needs.
  • Identify and analyze customer and market requirements, and develop solutions that enhance CCS user experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and maintain selling tools, including catalogues, training videos, success stories, and competitor analyses.
  • Manage CCS budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery of training, education, and marketing activities, and evaluate sales effectiveness to make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and academic stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide timely feedback to business stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical and Healthcare, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Dental-related degree/diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dentistry, with practice in clinics or labs being a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of digital dentistry solutions and market trends.
  • Networking with dentists or dental associations.
  • Experience in product marketing or sales is a plus.
  • Team management experience is a must.

  • Good English and Mandarin language skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized and structured individual.
  • Comfortable interacting with different customer segments (KOLs, Dental Practitioners, Dental Technicians, Sales people).
  • Strong result orientation and business sense.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with different customer segments through effective communication and listening skills.
