About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our GC IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating team activities, arranging meetings and travel, and providing workshop support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the GC IT team on various activities, including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement, and workshop support.
  • Coordinate project/organization performance regular reviews.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and communication.
Requirements
  • Student of university undergraduate or post-graduate programs, preferably in English, Communication, Business, Administration, or IT related majors.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations.
