Internal Sales Representative

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Bruker. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities for accessories, software, and modules, and interact with existing customers to interest and qualify leads for sales. They must have a keen understanding of BNS products and technology, and be able to communicate the value of our products to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and create the needs and expectations of customers and provide relevant solutions.
  • Analyze, prospect, and build an accessory sales funnel for sales managers via visit, calling, email communication, and other direct marketing methods.
  • Sell consumable parts and have the ability to close small deals and upgrades.
  • Sell new functions and modules upgrades.
  • Manage customer databases to constantly update new contact information of end users and TB information.
  • Revisit existing customers and gather sales information.
  • Work with agents for probes promotion and technical support.
  • Organize roadshows and seminars to promote new functions.
  • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales on each market activity and work toward objectives.
  • Qualify all sales leads to support sales managers.
  • Constantly update Sales Force with regular activity reports.

Qualifications

  • Research background and familiarity with AFM is preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and learning skills.
  • English, office, and basic international trade knowledge.
  • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in the area of expertise.
  • Experienced professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
  • PHD degree with 3 years of AFM-related research or technical support job experience.
  • Good English writing and speaking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
