• Schedule staff to meet forecasted demand and ensure exceptional service standards.

Participating in and Leading Banquet Teams

• Set clear goals and delegate tasks to improve team performance.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address concerns.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in food and wine pairings.

• Foster strong relationships with kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of events.

• Lead by example and actively participate in event service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ensuring and Providing Exceptional Customer Service

• Set a positive example for guest relations and empower staff to do the same.

• Gather feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement.

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints and concerns.

• Strive to improve service performance and guest satisfaction.

• Review comment cards and guest satisfaction results with staff to drive continuous improvement.

Conducting Human Resources Activities

• Communicate and execute emergency procedures and ensure staff are trained in safety protocols.

• Observe and provide feedback on staff service behaviors.

• Monitor progress and lead discussions with staff to drive improvement.

• Participate in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.

• Review quarterly Meeting Planner Survey results and develop plans to address service challenges.
