Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in a designated geographic area. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in achieving our revenue targets and contributing to the success of the Biesse Group.
About You
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of success in driving sales growth and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering results-driven presentations to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential customers and negotiate deals to closure
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategy and drive improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industry machinery sector
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to travel extensively throughout the region
