Role Overview

As a Channel Sales Specialist at Innomotics Large Drives (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting our partners to sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services to customers in the industrial business domain. Your primary objective will be to explore and develop new partners in defined areas, while maintaining a strong understanding of Electrical Motor and Drives products, systems, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, providing them with the necessary support to sell and promote Siemens Motor and Drive products, solutions, and services.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities by exploring and developing new partners in defined areas.
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest Electrical Motor and Drives products, systems, and solutions, as well as branch technology, to provide expert advice to partners and customers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to initiate and motivate suitable activities, track progress, and implement plans to achieve agreed targets and goals.
5. Establish and maintain strong connections with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Transmission, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
3. At least 3 years of sales experience in relevant areas.
4. Willingness to take initiative and think critically.
5. Integrity, honesty, and loyalty, with the ability to work under pressure.
6. Quick learner with good business sense.
