Sales Strategy Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Principal to join our team at Amazon Information Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Shanghai Branch) - C34. As a key member of our Regional Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Sales leadership team and Sales organization have the necessary information to operate and execute efficiently.
Your primary responsibility will be to analyze initiatives, processes, and provide recommendations for improvement. You will build scalable mechanisms to support business and program operation processes, and have oral and written communication skills enabling you to dive deep into the data to find answers, and to summarize the data into a logical analysis that ensures all stakeholders are informed.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor and specialist to Sales leaders, leveraging data and analyses to land business insights, develop GTM strategies, and scale the business.
- Work with our customers to gather and document business requirements and user stories, propose solutions, evaluate feasibility, technology assessment, ROI and complexity for a wide variety of potential process and system solutions.
- Advocate for their customers to other internal stakeholders. Active collaboration with leadership in Ads Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence, Product, Finance, Marketing and Program Management will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities.
- Drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems.
- Project-manage multiple workflows and communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbal, in a clear and easy-to-understand way
- Analyze sales processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and productivity. Communicate findings clearly and effectively and make recommendations for improvement.
- Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed
- Conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
