At Atlas Copco, we're seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and development in the specialty air segment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and profitability in the specialty air market.
- Lead the product line of specialty air within APE PTBA in China, including module, booster, nitrogen generator, and after cooler.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer demands, and competition to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the various applications of boosters and their value proposition to customers.

Requirements
- University degree or above in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology, marketing, and/or sales in the compressor and construction industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft and SAP cloud.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally.
