Head of Business Development

As a seasoned professional, you will lead various strategy, business development, and M&A projects for MAHLE's Thermal Management Business Unit. Your expertise will drive growth, innovation, and success in the specialty auto industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and M&A projects, including forecasting, valuation analyses, and due diligence.
- Oversee the integration of acquired companies, ensuring smooth transition and realization of synergies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired companies, taking corrective actions to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Negotiate and structure deals, working closely with legal and financial advisors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Lead target sourcing, prioritization, and execution of inorganic transactions for selected businesses.
- 10+ years of experience in leading M&A projects from MNC platforms.
- Familiarity with the specialty auto industry.
- Excellent analytical capability, commercial acumen, and financial knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
- Ability to interact with MAHLE personnel, build strong relationships, and understand business imperatives.
