We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team.

In this capacity, you will:

1. Serve as a Relationship Manager, providing insightful advice and guidance to clients while prioritizing their needs and upholding exceptional standards.

2. Collaborate with colleagues across the HSBC Group to enhance connectivity and deliver outstanding service quality in all client interactions.

3. Support the realization of HSBC's vision, values, goals, and culture through personal conduct, actions, and decision-making.

4. Propose and implement enhancements to operational models, procedures, and practices based on your expertise and understanding of HSBC and industry best practices.

5. Ensure fair outcomes for clients and maintain the orderly and transparent functioning of financial markets through your conduct.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A university degree or higher.

2. At least five years of experience in a sales or relationship management role within the SME sector.

3. Familiarity with SME program lending and security lending, along with a solid understanding of the lending landscape.

4. Proficient in credit risk analysis and the preparation of credit proposals.

5. Strong interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional client experience and provide tailored solutions.

6. Extensive knowledge and expertise in transaction banking, lending, trade services, customer portfolio management, sales processes, and customer engagement.

7. Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and local/group compliance standards.

8. Broad awareness of external market conditions, innovative product solutions, and current financial market trends.

9. Proven ability to accurately identify client needs.

10. Strong skills in managing a consultative sales process.

11. A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

12. A solid grasp of global anti-money laundering standards.

13. Knowledge of local and group compliance regulations.
