Logistics Account Executive

We are seeking a results-oriented Account Manager to enhance the presence and business of China-based sellers in Amazon's global marketplaces through the SEND program. This role requires a strong background in sales and account management, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
The Time-bound Account Manager (TBAM) for SEND will leverage their experience in cultivating customer relationships and achieving measurable outcomes. This position involves providing essential post-sales support to third-party sellers, managing key account relationships, and utilizing insights from customers to optimize these partnerships and enhance Amazon's offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruiting sellers to adopt the SEND program and facilitating FBA inbound shipments to Amazon, while driving their unit commitment for the SEND product.
- Following established processes to enhance productivity and efficiency through innovation and simplification.
- Conducting in-depth analyses of issues impacting seller performance and providing valuable feedback to inform product development and process enhancements.
- Generating high-quality seller insights to influence product teams and key stakeholders, making it easier for sellers to thrive.
- Assisting leadership in identifying significant business opportunities within the territory and executing growth strategies.
- Providing best practices in account management and consolidating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into the business development framework.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in data analysis and best practices to evaluate performance drivers.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships and/or projects.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and other internal systems.
- Proven experience in utilizing analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting for informed business decision-making.
- Track record of ownership and results-driven performance.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in analyzing key issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
- Preferred cross-border learning or working experience.
