Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

At Bosch, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure excellent customer relationships and sales performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer account management to ensure operational excellence.
  • Participate in business negotiations with customers, sign sales contracts, and ensure that the terms of the contract are in the company's interest.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Knowledge of automobile systems and the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong initiative and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.

Travel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequency.
