We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Wealth and Personal Banking, a global business that combines Retail Banking and Wealth Management to become a global wealth manager with trillions in assets.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will proactively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level. You will deliver creative and flexible customer solutions, hand over customer relationships properly to relationship managers after closing sales, and provide excellent services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a complex portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted advisor to lead strategic dialogues with clients at a portfolio level.
- Deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
- Hand over customer relationships properly to relationship managers after closing sales.
- Provide excellent services to customers and ensure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction.
- Participate actively in team building activities to share information/ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement.
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- University degree or above (recognized by the state).
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills.
- Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure.
- Presentable, Outgoing and Persuasive.
- Good oral and written English is preferable.
