New Account Development Manager

Job Summary:
As a key member of the CSA Group team, the New Account Development Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new customers to drive business growth and revenue. This role will involve identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve personal and team sales targets
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at new and existing customer accounts
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical specialists, to develop and execute sales strategies
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of sales experience or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies
- Strong understanding of the CSA Group business and industry
- Ability to travel as needed
