Senior Account Manager, New Business

About the Role
Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in China, based in Shenzhen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing advertising revenue and supporting our sales partners globally.
- Business Development
- Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition from early stages to closing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction, performance, and upsell opportunities.
- Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working closely with our Sales Development, Onboarding, resellers, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as a product advocate for Snap's new and existing products, advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations, and product beta participation.
- Campaign Performance
- Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, and campaign optimizations to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for partners, including managing ad rejection escalations, building audience engagement segments, trafficking ads using Snap's internal tools, and generating post-campaign reports.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
A background in export gaming & App industry, understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem, and experience in managing and enabling advertising sales partners are highly desirable.
