About the Role:

At Alfa Laval, we're driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. As a Sales Engineer, Decanter, you'll play a key role in accelerating success for our customers, people, and planet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the Food and Beverage industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

2. Collaborate with the management team to define sales strategies, profit margins, and market share growth.

3. Plan and execute high-level customer meetings to build strong relationships and motivate customers.

4. Sell Alfa Laval products through various channels or directly to customers.

5. Coordinate with the central technical team for international projects, product adaptation, and engineering assistance.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as Food Science or Industrial Fermentation.

3. Fluent written and spoken English.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

5. Cross-cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse environment.

6. Strong negotiation and project management skills.

7. Ability to maintain a stable performance under pressure.

8. Customer-orientation and effective communication.

9. Willingness to travel.
