Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Onto Innovation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers and prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
