Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Establish and achieve ambitious sales targets in collaboration with partners and channels.
- Develop and nurture a robust channel network within the Chinese market, particularly focusing on the Data Center Thermal Management Sector.
- Optimize partner relationships to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective management.
- Participate in industry trade shows and events to drive lead generation.
- Formulate and implement strategies to boost performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Clearly communicate and position EOS's Additive Manufacturing solutions to clients and prospects.
- Leverage a deep understanding of the Data Center industry to create effective market penetration strategies.
- Guarantee timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales within complex industrial machinery or data center sectors is preferred.
- A strong sales drive with a willingness to engage in detailed operational tasks.
- Proven expertise in channel sales and strategy, with a history of surpassing sales goals.
- Demonstrated ability to build new business ventures from inception through the entire business lifecycle, including post-sales support.
- Proficient in project management, coordinating both external partners and internal resources.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- A passion for Additive Manufacturing as a viable production solution for the targeted industry.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in Chinese, along with good English proficiency.
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient learner, quick to acquire new technical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel across the Greater China region.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English languages.
