Commercial Marketing Lead

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Commercial Marketing Manager who is passionate about sound, music, and technology. This role involves managing our marketing initiatives across social commerce platforms and retail environments in a fast-paced setting. You will be responsible for developing the company's marketing strategy on emerging social commerce platforms, as well as implementing and assessing marketing activities aimed at driving business growth.
The Commercial Marketing Manager embodies the Group's vision, ensuring that all activities enhance brand awareness and positioning, performance, profitability, and organizational growth while upholding governance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a marketing strategy and create a customer-focused marketing plan that influences customers and prospects throughout the sales cycle, driving business outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching emerging technologies, customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain the highest quality standards in all marketing efforts.
- Execute successful marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales on social commerce platforms, including but not limited to Douyin, RED, and Dewu.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to empower distributors in developing a content strategy and editorial calendar that enhances our brand positioning and thought leadership on social commerce platforms.
- Accountable for retail marketing campaigns aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient use of marketing resources.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the GC marketing team on the planning and execution of specific projects as necessary.
- Support the Head of Marketing, GC with additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing role
- In-depth understanding and extensive experience with social commerce platforms and retail environments, with a proven track record
- Experience in providing sound, strategic recommendations
- A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills, capable of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
- Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization in Sales/Marketing
- Experience in e-commerce/digital marketing
Minimum Experience:
- 7 years of experience in a marketing role
