Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel. This includes the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the efficient running of the Front Office department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations.
  • Oversee the Front Desk, Front Service, Communications Centre, Business Centre, and Regency or Grand Club.

Requirements

  • University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
